Atlas Financial Holdings has received a Nasdaq delinquency notice after failing to file its annual report, or 10-K filing, for fiscal 2019.
This comes after the commercial auto insurer delayed its 2019 Q3 results in November, having only recently avoided delisting from the Nasdaq.
