Brown & Brown has acquired US agriculture agency CKP Insurance, the top-10 US insurance brokerage said. 

CKP will operate as a new stand-alone office within Brown & Brown’s retail segment, led by principals of CKP Chuck Hemphill and Kevin Rader in Florida, Arizona and New Mexico.
