USI acquires Pennsylvania-based employee benefits company

USI has acquired Pennsylvania-based employee benefits services company JRG Advisors. 

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

JRG’s operations will be combined with USI’s employee benefits wholesale brokerage division, Emerson Reid.
