Legacy specialist Premia strikes deal to acquire Navigators’ European business

Legacy insurance specialist Premia Holdings has agreed to acquire Navigators’ European arm from The Hartford.

Under terms of the deal, Premia will purchase Navigators Holdings (Europe) and its associated companies: Belgium-based Assurances Continentales, and Luxembourg-based Canal Re.
