Expansive legacy specialist and program manager Randall & Quilter (R&Q) has acquired Montana-based captive Vigneron Insurance Company (VICI).
The buyer intends to merge VICI into its Vermont captive consolidator ICDC in the first quarter, subject to regulatory approval.
