Broking start-up CAC Specialty has hired former JLT Specialty M&A expert André Eichenholtz to lead its portfolio solutions group.  

CAC Specialty, an insurance broking and investment banking platform, was founded by Cobbs Allen in August to combine structured finance and insurance solutions.
