Constellation Affiliated Partners on Tuesday announced the purchase of Florida-headquartered Coastal Insurance Underwriters for an undisclosed sum. 

Through the transaction, Constellation will also take ownership of insurance technology company Cybercom, which Coastal bought in January. Cybercom
