Hub acquires Texas-based agency Wellspring

Hub on Tuesday announced that it has bought the assets of Texas-based insurance agency Wellspring for an undisclosed sum.

Wellspring is led by president Rodney Dryden and specializes in employee benefits. Following the deal, Dryden reports to Hub’s regional president and CEO Martin Yung.
