CoreLogic says CoStar bid needs ‘further improvement’

CoreLogic has said that a revisited merger proposal from CoStar needs “further improvement” on both value and completion timeframe.

Earlier this week CoStar submitted an improved offer to the modeller, which added an extra $450mn on top of its $7bn original bid.
