Argo has delayed the submission of its audited accounts for year-end 2020 because of disruption caused by Storm Uri.

In an SEC filing on March 1, the carrier said the hold-up was due to “the unforeseen consequences of the recent winter storms in San Antonio, Texas, the location of the company’s primary financial reporting center”.
