FedNat lifts 2020 net loss by 7.5% after audit

FedNat has lifted its forecast net loss for 2020 by 7.5% from the previously reported annual net loss and warned of a delay in filing its annual 10K statement.

The insurer said that it expects to have to disclose findings of a material weakness in internal controls over financial reporting in that 10K annual filing when it is made available.
