Horace Mann EVP Rugenstein to depart

Horace Mann executive vice president Wade Rugenstein is leaving the business, the carrier announced on Thursday.

He joined Mann in 2019 as part of the insurer’s acquisition of NTA Life, and its insurance holding company group.
