Marsh McLennan, with the release of its inaugural ESG report, has joined a growing body of American companies vowing to measure and align their performance against ESG criteria.

The publication comes after Marsh McLennan pledged in January to become carbon-neutral this year by cutting greenhouse gas emissions in its own operations and through the purchase of “verifiable offsets”.
