Arch hires A&H leader Villa from The Hartford

Arch Insurance has named Jim Villa as a senior vice president of strategy and distribution at the carrier’s accident and health (A&H) business unit.

He has over 25 years’ industry experience and joins the business from The Hartford, where he was head of A&H.
