Enstar extends CEO Silvester’s contract and hikes base salary to $2.5mn

Enstar has extended the contract of CEO Dominic Silvester by two years until the end of January 2025 on a significantly increased base salary of $2.5mn.

The executive will also be entitled to a performance bonus and further equity and incentive awards “at a level commensurate with his position”.
