Zurich is seeking the removal of a Covid-19 lawsuit brought by restaurant chain Hooters against the carrier to federal court.

The insurer has filed a petition to remove the action from the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, to a federal court, citing diversity of citizenship, as Hooters is a citizen of Georgia and Delaware.
