Truist Insurance: Cross-sell approach from banking parent showing signs of success

Truist Insurance has more than doubled the number of internal client referrals it has received from the broker’s $5.5bn revenue parent, banking group Truist Holdings.

The 2.3x increase in internal referrals helped to push insurance income to a record $81mn in Q1, Truist president Bill Rogers told analysts on Thursday.
