Willis secures injunction against Lockton after 25 defections

Willis Towers Watson has secured an injunction against Lockton and 25 Florida-based broking staff who defected to the privately owned firm in March.

In a judgment issued yesterday, a Miami-Dade court granted Willis a two-year injunction against Lockton and the group of employees in question and ordered Lockton to pay $100,000 in relief to its rival.
