Enstar plans to ‘declassify’ board after shareholder feedback

Enstar’s board of directors has called on shareholders to support the declassification of the board over the coming three years, allowing for the annual election of all directors.

In a proxy statement in the run-up to its 2021 annual general meeting on 9 June, the board said it decided to propose changing its classified structure after meeting with shareholders and proxy advisers.
