Kemper CEO Lacher to succeed Joyce as chairman

Joe Lacher will take over as non-executive chairman of Kemper, adding to his existing roles of president and CEO.

The company on Wednesday announced that its board of directors has elected Lacher to succeed Robert Joyce in the post.
