Truist-owned retail broker McGriff has launched a digital, data, and analytics center of excellence (CoE), the culmination of a two-year project aimed at improving client experience and delivering new products.

The new group will be led Alan Renfroe, who has also been named the firm’s digital strategy officer as part of the launch.
