Mosaic adds to US M&A team with AIG’s Desai and Everest’s Spenner

Start-up insurer Mosaic has further built its US transactional liability team with the appointments of Stavan Desai and Katherine Spenner.

The pair will be based in New York and join the team headed up by Chicago-based global head of M&A William Monat, who joined the business at the beginning of April.
