Aspen accused of ‘brazenly cheating’ ousted chief actuary out of his own money

Aspen is being sued by Andrew Kudera, who was until recently the Bermudian (re)insurer’s group chief actuary, for breach of contract.

Kudera claims Aspen owes him hundreds of thousands of dollars and that the company is refusing to abide by the terms of his employment agreement.
