Zurich-owned Farmers Insurance has tapped two industry veterans to serve as its new finance chief and head of its business insurance unit.

Giles Harrison has taken over as CFO of Farmers Group. He spent the prior five years at Zurich Insurance, most recently as CEO of regional markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
