Nationwide CFO Mark Thresher is retiring after a quarter of a century at the Ohio-based insurer.

Tim Frommeyer, a trained actuary who is Nationwide’s CFO for financial services and P&C insurance, is taking over as CFO in September, the mutual giant noted in a statement.
