Aon is seeking a temporary restraining order against Marsh after more than 40 employees abandoned the broking giant in a matter of days to join the blue-chip rival.

Twelve recently departed Aon executives and producers are named in the lawsuit, which accused the defectors of violating notice periods and non-solicitation agreements and stealing confidential information from the broking goliath.
