Former Argo head of US marine David Higley has taken the top job within WR Berkley’s (WRB) inland marine business, the Greenwich-based specialty company announced Tuesday.

Higley has been named president of Berkley Fire & Marine, which offers cover for contractors, developers, and owners, along with trucking companies and shippers, among others.
