SiriusPoint has announced the launch of a D&O MGA based in Bermuda and headed up by former Chubb underwriter Tim Usher-Jones.

The MGA, named Banyan Risk, will focus on D&O insurance risks in complex areas including life science, global IPOs, the technology sector and SPACs – some of the most challenging areas to secure cover in the D&O market.
