New York-based Amynta Group has appointed Shawn Ellis executive vice president and CEO of Amynta Warranty, following his leadership of the firm’s specialty subsidiary PDP Group.

Ellis will take responsibility for leading the business that trades under the Warranty Solutions, Warrantech and Guardsman brands. The three businesses offer automotive, consumer and specialty equipment coverage respectively.
