Argo named Mary Henderson as the new head of its professional lines business, and promoted Rich Fachet to run its financial institutions operation, the latest in a flurry of appointments made by the US-focused specialty lines carrier.

Henderson is taking over as president of Argo Pro, replacing Craig Landi, who left the carrier after five years in the role to co-found the MGA Falcon Risk Services.
