Florida judge issues restraining order in Aon-Marsh talent war

A Florida judge has granted Aon’s request for a temporary restraining order against Marsh in its lawsuit over a wave of employees jumping ship and taking their clients with them.

The order from Judge William Thomas of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit prevents Michael Landa, formerly an executive vice president at Aon Risk Solutions’ Miami office, from working for Marsh for 90 days after his resignation from Aon.
