A judge in Pennsylvania has ruled that a gym can pursue a Covid-19-related claims dispute against Cincinnati Financial because the presence of the virus on the premises constitutes contamination.

Brown’s Gym is suing Cincinnati Financial in Scranton’s Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas over the insurer’s refusal to pay out for losses sustained during pandemic, Law 360 has reported.
