Newfront to combine with ABD in $1.35bn deal

San Francisco-based insurance start-up Newfront and ABD have agreed to merge in a deal that will value the new company, named Newfront, at $1.35bn.

The deal, which is expected to close by the end of August, will combine over 600 staff and 10,000 clients.
