Hippo targets commercial lines as it seeks to expand addressable market

Hippo has launched a commercial lines product as the homeowners’ writer seeks to branch out into what it described as a total addressable market of $299bn.

The product will consist of a broad package cover for homeowners’ associations and is initially available only in Arizona ahead of a roll-out to seven other states in the second half of 2021.
