Workers’ comp claims frequency remains down from 2019: Employers CEO

Despite a bounce back in economic activity as the US reopens and the pandemic comes under greater control, workers’ compensation claims frequency remains below pre-pandemic levels, the CEO of workers’ comp specialist Employers said on Friday.

Katherine Antonello was speaking to Wall Street analysts on a Q2 earnings call, after Employers grew premiums for the first time since Q3 2018.
