Brown & Brown organic growth tops 14.5% in Q2 as Ebitdac margin expands by 340bps

Organic revenue at Daytona Beach-based broker Brown & Brown grew by nearly 15% in the second quarter – led by almost 18% of organic revenue expansion in retail – as the company grew consolidated margins by 340 basis points (bps).

On Monday, the broker said it earned $0.70 a share in the second quarter, beating the $0.40-a-share consensus analyst estimate.
