Former NC Treasurer Janet Cowell to leave James River board

Former North Carolina Treasurer Janet Cowell will step down from the James River Group Holdings board when her term expires next year, the company said in a regulatory filing Wednesday.

It’s the second departure from the board this month. Last week, the company announced that Former Montpelier Re CEO Chris Harris had stepped down.
