Greenlight Re said Tuesday it expanded its board of directors with the appointments of Johnny Ferrari, Ursuline Foley and Victoria Guest.

Ferrari retired from KPMG in June and works as a consultant to companies in the financial industry. At KPMG, Ferrari specialized in audit services for the banking, insurance and asset management industries.
