Former Navigators CEO Stan Galanski has been appointed chairman of ProSight Global as private equity houses TowerBrook and Further Global complete the $586mn take-private of the program insurer.

Former Validus US insurance head Jonathan Ritz was also confirmed as the new CEO of the business.

The deal, revealed by this publication in January, valued ProSight at $12.85
