Willis Towers Watson has agreed to a two-year non-compete arrangement with AJ Gallagher concerning reinsurance business, according to regulatory filings.

AJ Gallagher struck a deal to acquire Willis Re from Willis for $3.25bn last week, as Willis took steps to minimise damage to the overall group caused by the collapse of its vast merger with Aon.
