The planned listing of risk analytics firm Qomplx through special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Tailwind Acquisition Corp has collapsed, with market conditions cited as a reason for halting the merger.

The deal, which was announced in March at the height of the SPAC boom in the US, would have valued Qomplx at around $1.4bn.
