Truist-owned retailer McGriff has decided to split the chief executive role left vacant by the departure of former CEO Rick Ulmer last month between long-time McGriff veterans Read Davis and Renee Keen.

Davis, who has been with company since 1996, will become the CEO for specialty and middle market, while Keen will serve as CEO for small business and personal.
