D&O underwriters shying from SPACs over litigation risk: Aon

Increasing litigation involving special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) has led to a pullback in underwriting capacity for the investment vehicles, according to Aon.

A recent report by the broker notes that there were 14 class-action lawsuits involving SPACs in the first half of 2021.
