BMS Re has appointed Jerry Farrell, formerly of Toa Reinsurance Group, as executive vice president in the reinsurance broker’s origination team.

Farrell served as executive vice president and chief underwriting officer at Toa for 11 years. This publication reported in August that Brian Sabia, former North America head of professional lines at Partner Re, had replaced him.
