Doxa Insurance has acquired affinity-focused program manager Agia and its sister company Worldwide Rescue and Security for an undisclosed sum.

Agia will continue operating under the leadership of CEO Chris Burke and his team in California.

With the transaction, Indiana-headquartered Doxa expects to gain scale, expertise and intellectual capital in the affinity space and program management sector.
