Speculation that the hard market for D&O insurance might start to reverse course by the mid-year turned out to be premature, and it now seems likely to continue through the rest of the year, according to RT ProExec.

While price increases have started to moderate, rates continue to rise, the Ryan Specialty Group unit said in its “Market Update on Public Company D&O Insurance”.
