Willis Towers Watson has appointed Alex Shepherd, active underwriter at ERS Syndicate 1856, as head of global facultative.

In addition to his time at ERS, Shepherd has held various roles at RenaissanceRe, Canopius, the former Ace Global Markets and Marsh.
