Sompo International has hired Peter Buckley as vice president of aerospace as the company looks to bolster its presence in the class.

Buckley was previously an aviation underwriter at Cincinnati Global.

His two decades’ experience in aviation underwriting includes stints at Catlin and Beaufort Underwriting Agency.
