Reinsurance provider AmericanAg has appointed Andrew Boris to succeed CEO Janet Katz, who will retire on April 1.

Boris has served as AmericanAg’s general counsel and secretary since 2014. Prior to joining the reinsurer, he worked as a lawyer for nearly 20 years, focusing on reinsurance and insurance issues.
