Axa XL has hired Charles Lee to lead its global risk management business in the US Southwest region.

Based in Los Angeles, Lee will head the insurer’s underwriting operations within the region, including portfolio profitability and new business production, as well as broker and client relationships for the US risk management and multinational segments.
